Secure Patient Portal

The Patient Portal is a convenient, secure tool providing 24-hour access to a variety of services right from your computer or mobile device. Every Goodrich Optical patient can communicate directly with our office and access their medical history.

The portal ensures you are in charge of your healthcare.


CLICK HERE is Goodrich Optical’s Patient Portal solution, offering patients and their authorized representatives, secure access to health information.


To register, you will need a unique email address. During your first appointment at our office, provide your check-in representative with your email address and you will be sent an email invitation with instructions for logging into the Patient Portal.

How Patient Information Reaches the Portal

  • When information is delivered to the Portal from Goodrich Optical, an automatic e-mail is sent to you with a link to the Portal, informing you that secure information has been uploaded to the Patient Portal on your behalf.

  • You create a User Account with a Password and Secret Question/Answer combination for logging in.

  • NOTE- To receive these e-mail communications, you must have a valid e-mail address and date of birth on file with Goodrich Optical.

My Health Records

  • Continuity of Care Documents (CCDs) provide a complete and continuously updated clinical summary of your care, including an active problem list, medications, allergies and laboratory test results.

  • Personalized educational resources, appropriate to your conditions and care plan, are uploaded and available via electronic links within the Portal. These may be associated with your Diagnoses, Medications, Tests, Treatments, Referrals, General Orders and Immunizations.

  • Health data may be easily downloaded or shared via multiple protocols, including Direct e-mail.

Direct Messages

  • You can send secure messages to Goodrich Optical directly from the Portal and receive messages back.

  • If desired, you can share health information with Goodrich Optical by attaching a file or including a web URL address in their message.

Portal Login

Once a patient is registered as a User on the Patient Portal, they can access the Patient Portal at any time to view their Clinical Summaries and educational resources.

  • Go to
  • Enter your e-mail address in the USER NAME field and click the SUBMIT button.
  • Then enter your PASSWORD and click SIGN IN.
  • When you are ready to exit the Portal, click SIGN OUT.

What if I forget my Login information?

  • Go to
  • Enter your e-mail address in the USER NAME field and click the SUBMIT button.
  • At the User Login Screen, click the RESET PASSWORD button.
  • A Validation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address on file. You must click on the Validation URL link within this message to return to the Portal.
  • Complete the User Information screen with the new Password, then click the SAVE CHANGES button.

If a patient can’t remember their Password or the answer to their Secret Question, they can request a Password Reset or Goodrich Optical can reset their Portal account.
•  PLEASE NOTE- An ‘Office Reset’ clears any previous CCDs or Educational Resources from the portal account.

How To Get Started

When setting up your portal, you will create an account with MySecureHealthData. is our Patient Portal solution.

For families or parents of minors:

A unique email address is required for each individual patient for access to the Patient Portal.


The Patient Portal is stored on a secure server and communications with the server are encrypted. However, be aware that no encryption method can be guaranteed to be unbreachable. Additionally, if you store screenshots of data on your computer or print out information from the Patient Portal, those copies would not be protected.
